As the end of the world went, it could have been worse. Had been worse for those still in the system, he supposed. Him and Dom pulled up stakes when the big networks went dark, and headed for the reported safety of Corinth City.

The van nearly hadn't made it; they'd lost the satellite dish to a Venjix attack force. Everyone had been too busy to bother that they were blanks, at least, and they'd settled into the fringes of the city. Nicer place than the Fringes back home.

Shame he couldn't get Big Time back on the air, though.
